Welcome to 8th Grade!

My name is Ms. Nunez and I am the 8th-grade homeroom teacher, as well as the Middle School English Teacher, 6th-grade Math teacher, and Algebra B teacher. 

 

I am a product of Catholic education and attended San Gabriel Mission Elementary School & La Salle College Preparatory.  I then received a B.S. in Child and Adolescent development from Cal State Fullerton and eventually continued my education at Mount St. Mary's University, where I received an M.S. in Education with an Instructional Leadership emphasis. 

 

I have been in Education for 8 years and am excited to start my 9th year teaching at SSFP! My goal in the classroom is to create a safe space for students to learn, grow, and make mistakes.  I try to create a positive learning environment for all students and want my students to feel loved and included in the classroom.
