Hello Parents,

My name is Elisa Machón and this will be my fourth year teaching at SSFP. I feel very blessed to be a part of such a wonderful school community. A little about myself, I received my Bachelor of Art degree in Liberal Studies and Spanish, as well as my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential at Loyola Marymount University. Currently, I am in my final year of my Masters Program in Educational Studies at LMU.

Mrs. Romero, our Instructional Aide, and I are very excited for this year in Kindergarten! We are thrilled to teach your students in an encouraging classroom environment focused on instilling a love of learning, the value of service, and respect for all.

I will be sending out weekly “Kinder News” with important information for each week, which you can find in your student's homework folders each Monday, as well as a digital version in my "Kindergarten" class page. Your children will have homework every day. Please check their homework folders nightly. I am looking forward to helping your students grow! Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
