SUPPORT OUR CHURCH & SCHOOL ONLINE

As a Parish and School, we rely on the generosity of our parishioners and friends to maintain our ministries and facilities - and we thank you for your support!

You can now make a one-time donation, or set up regular donations to our Church and School using our secure on-line donation form powered by Pledge Connect using:
  • a Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or
  • a Checking Account
  • a Savings Account
You can also designate your donations to one of the four following categories:
  • Sunday Collection (for general support of the Church)
  • Restricted (Pink) Envelope
  • School Donation
  • Tuition Assistance
  • Preschool Fund
  • Science Lab for Elementary School
The Sunday Collection supports all of our regular ministries and programs including payroll and all related payroll expenses, utilities, insurance, supplies, etc. This collection also makes it possible for us to celebrate a vibrant liturgy, to provide continuing faith formation for people of all ages, to provide a full-time priest/administrator and full-time pastoral associate, to provide for secretarial and office staff, and a maintenance staff. The Sunday Collection is essential for our wellbeing as a Parish Community.

The Restricted (Pink) Envelope represents a gift that is totally restricted to Saints Felicitas & Perpetua. This helps us to make necessary repairs and improvements and capital expenditures that would otherwise not be possible. Examples of improvements make by this fund include our new restrooms in the School Building and Parish Center, new computers in our Computer Lab, and other significant improvements to our Parish Center, Church and School buildings.

School Donation helps our school maintain its academic and religious excellence. Without your regular support, we would not be able to achieve the level of excellence we currently enjoy in our school.

Tuition Assistance donation helps pay the cost of tution for needy children in our school. This makes sure that a Catholic education is available to all. In order to receive tuition assistance, a family must complete an application through Facts Management (www.factsmgt.com) and demonstrate need by providing necessary financial information, including tax returns and other documents. Without your donation to our Tuition Assistance fund, we would not have the resources necessary to assist qualified children.

Principles of Catholic Stewardship

"As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God's varied grace." (1 Peter 4:10)

The word "stewardship" refers to the Catholic approach to the gifts that God has given us. Stewardship is living out a commitment to be Christ-centered rather than self-centered.

Every Christian is called to take an active part in the life of the Church and to share the gifts of salvation. Three convictions in particular underlie our understanding of stewardship:
  1. Mature disciples make a conscious, firm decision, carried out in action, to be followers of Jesus Christ no matter the cost to themselves.
  2. This commitment is not limited to a single action or series of actions, but is expressed in an entire way of life, committing one's very self to the Lord.
  3. Stewardship is an expression of discipleship: seeing God as the origin and source of all we have and all we are. Disciples know that they are recipients and caretakers of God's many gifts.
Many ask, “How much should I give.” The amount is meant to be a sacrifice – not what is convenient or easy. At a minimum, as a faithful Catholic one is called to give three hours to the parish each week: (1) an hour of worship at Sunday Eucharist, (2) an hour of service as a volunteer and (3) a financial contribution based on one hour’s household earnings. Those who are not involved in a parish ministry are encouraged to give an additional hour of financial support each week.
